I purchased a Dell Inspiron ** ****, order number *************. When I started setting up the computer, this morning, a pop up appeared.The message says Power surge on the USB port. I don't have anything plugged into the USB port. **I have no interest in attempting to fix a problem in a new computer. I would like to ship this faulty equipment back to Dell and receive a new one or if that is not possible. I would like to ship it back for a refund.**I will like to know the proper w at to return the merchandise to you.**Also, I ordered a mouse but I have not received it.
