I 've had Deezer Premium services for almost a year if not more. I was recently experiencing an issue* where I was getting a "failed to play" or "Music failed to download" message(or something similar). No updates were available so I uninstalled then re-installed the Deezer app on my phone, it resolves the issue and now music plays. But I lost my premium services, along with all the downloaded music, and the playlist I created. My account was charged for Premium service on the **st. But there's nothing premium about it anymore. Can someone please help me? :( Music is how I stay sane. The email associated with my Deezer account is *****@***.com
