Since I've left cricket, I ordered deeper on line. Didn't want to loose playlist. Now for the last * years, I've been paying for deeper service, however don't have it! I'm very busy, so forget until I see it on bank statement, and yet I don't get the listening pleasures as a member, which I am. I would love to keep my account with fewer for I do not want to go through the troubles of remembering my playlists. However, I feel like I've been taking advantage of for quite some time! Would be nice if a organization like yours would have call support for its valued customers. Adam.. ***-***-****
