Deezer seem happy to take your subscriptions but make themselves invisible when you have an issue.

Fix a problem with playlists stuck in shuffle mode. ... On the android app my playlists will only play in shuffle mode. Clicking the shuffle icon does nothing, songs will not play in playlist order. Can you provide a fix please? If not I will go back to Spotify or Google Play Music. I have Deezer Premium.
If I don't get this sorted I will switch to another streaming service.
Emailing me a fix.
Only for a week - all was good until I found this issue and realised that many other users have the same problem and are as frustrated as I am.
Googled the issue but found all other users have same unresolved issue.
