I have decided to give dsw another chance, since my first online purchase was messed up not once but twice. So, as I am checking out just a few minutes ago something weird happens and my page flicks and my one of my items because unavailable. Wow, I would think that once I put an item in my bag and push pay that DSW would have that item reserved with me. Now after once again saving my money to be able to purchase a pair of boots I wanted with a extra perk. Last time my bag wasn't even shipped with my purchase and I never got one sent to me and I gave up on calling after hearing that it is and will be , about * times. This is definately not how this works?? Or is it? Now how can this happen to me twice with your company!??
