Hi,**I signed up for emails and shortly after received a coupon in the mail (via USPS) for $** off of $**, with a VIP member number of ************. When I wanted to place an order online, I had to sign in. But when I tried using my email to sign up but it wouldn't take a password (I use the same password for most of my accounts). So I used the "forgot password" option, yet I received no response via email. So I assumed I didn't have an online account and created one using same email address, *****@***.com, and when I did I was assigned a new member number of ************ and am now unable to use the coupon, as it is designated for my other VIP member number. There are only * pairs left of the sneakers that I want to order. How can I order them and use my coupon? Can my online account be assigned the VIP number ************ instead of the new ************ number, so that I can use my coupon and place my order? I tried calling DSW customer service multiple times with no answer.
