February *, ******Hello,**In January, **** Dish upgraded our equipment (receiver, remotes, etc.) at their request. We still have the same Dish channels package as before and we were told that the equipment upgrade should actually lower our monthly bill a little bit. **What actually happened after the upgrade is our monthly bill has increased by $**.** (was $***.**, is now $***.**). **Is there any way our monthly bill can be lowered?
