I called to add starzs to my package , and asked about an issue with the sound going out every so often. Thought it was just the tv but it happens on the new tv too. Point is...*I was on hold for ** minutes. So never order the starz package, never asked about my issue, only asked how long till I can get out of my contract. The wait time is ridiculous, plus when I try to use the help app on the tv, it tells me to try again later. Not happy, will be shopping for a new provider in ** months.
GetHuman-kandypla did not yet indicate what DISH should do to make this right.
