Dish tech braced dish with bricks to hold it. Did not install it on a pole. This is a joke.. And to think I'm going to pay for this? That's a joke too. Dish is not getting paid.. I have pictures of shoddy work.. ill go back to cable

Customer service for Dish is worse than Comcast ... New service and installation is insufficient. Dish tech placed satellite dish on ground with bricks supporting it. I lose service*signal within the hour on the hour. I have pictures for proof. I refuse to pay for this service. My TV is worse than cable. *Either fix now, or cancel it before it starts. I'm not paying for it until its professionally installed!
