Customer Service keeps sending me to Billing to pay a bill to reinstate service. I follow the billing prompts and REPEATEDLY get connected back to customer service. I have explained to them the situation and they keep insisting on sending me to Billing which sends me back to them. I feel they are purposely sending me on a pointless circle repeat. They don't seem to comprehend it isn't working and just keep saying the same, stupid responses. I just want to pay a freaking bill!
I trust that DISH will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
