The outfit is ladies winter casual two-piece tracksuit long sleeved hoodie sweatshirt and sweatpants which item code is:*********, & I've gotten an order * which was: ********** on Saturday October**, **** from my email saying that it were confirmed, I checked my bank account, even up to this morning Tuesday, Octiber **, **** saying that $**.** in which outfit costed me is taken out from my bank account.*But on Sunday October **, ****, I received E-mail saying that awaiting for my payment in order to complete order, otherwise my order automatically cancelled on Saturday, October **, ****, wow a day late of letting me know this on my E-mail which were on Sunday, October **, ****.*On Monday, October **, ****, I spend majority of my day trying to find a phone number of which DHGate.com to be reach at to resolved this problem.*Okay, I even did Online Chat, to me it's not getting me no where.*How, I want this problem solved, by DHGate.com should have a direct phone number for customers to speak personally with very important issues like in this case.*I do still want the outfit, but I want to know if my payment went through or not?*AND WITHOUT ME REPAYING FOR SOMETHING IN WHICH THAT I FELT THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR.*IF I DON'T GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DO A REFUND FOR MY ORDER!!!*Thank You Very Much, Moriama Jones
