I have concerns about my recent purchases as they seem to be going to multiple locations instead of my account address. Despite my efforts to reach out to various parties, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I purchased a men's tracksuit, a pair of men's pants, a Roomba vacuum, and three heated jackets, but discovered they were sent to different places like New York, Washington, Colorado, Florida, and Guam. I am frustrated with this situation and would like a full refund for all the items that are not being delivered to me.

In the past 6 weeks, I've purchased 5 guitars from various sellers and paid for them. However, I seem to have received false or incorrect tracking numbers. Royal Mail has delivered the packages to someone else, and the sellers are unhelpful, making excuses. Dealing with DHGate has been frustrating as it seems to have many unreliable sellers. Their deals may look great, but as they say, if it's too good to be true, it usually is. - Clive

I ordered a Louis Vuitton purse over a month ago and still haven't received it. My card was stolen, and unauthorized purchases were made on DHgate. The card has been missing since November 4th, and purchases were made on November 8th, totaling over $[redacted]. I am unable to contact anyone for help in getting my money back. It is distressing that the person who stole my card has not had their account suspended. I do not have a DHgate account because I have never used the site before, making it difficult to seek assistance from their support team.

I recently received the Oukitel C17 Pro phone, and I was pleased with the quick delivery. However, I am facing issues with charging the phone due to a faulty charger that came with it. I purchased a prom dress on April 4, [redacted], and it arrived on April 22, [redacted]. Sadly, the dress was too big and had a rip. I contacted the seller immediately asking for a refund. I sent it back promptly after receiving the mailing address they provided. Despite my daily texts following up on my refund, they only replied in May, mentioning they'll only issue a refund once they receive the dress back. June passed with no update, even though I confirmed sending it to the correct address they provided. In October, the dress was inexplicably returned to me. I'm unable to reach the company as they claim to be closed. I'm left wondering how to secure my refund after requesting it promptly upon receiving the flawed dress.

I am frustrated that I haven't received assistance from Jessky regarding a sex machine I bought from DHgate. My old email, [redacted], has been compromised, and I can't recover it. I've been trying to contact Jessky at my new email, [redacted], but have not received any responses. I have sent them several emails, including pictures as requested. They sent me some parts to fix the machine, but the motor is now malfunctioning, and I haven't heard back from them. The machine cost me $[redacted].00 and has a warranty, but I am not getting any support. I do not have a computer to easily communicate, and a friend who tried to help also received no response. I am disappointed in the lack of help, especially since I inquired about a replacement or a refund. Please, I just want resolution for this issue and don't want to lose my money.

Order numbers [redacted] and [redacted] were placed on 11-7-19. I received payment confirmation for both orders the same day. However, on 11-17-19, I received messages stating the orders were cancelled due to missed payment by 11-8-19. Despite the payment confirmation, the orders were cancelled. I need help understanding why this occurred. I want the products I paid for, so what steps should I take next? I also received messages that the Cowboy Hoodie was shipped on 11-8-19 and the Florida Hoodie on 11-11-19. I am unsure if they are still in transit or have been returned to the seller. Despite filing disputes for the undelivered items, the situation persists. I have been actively engaging with customer service representatives without success. As a non-profit aiding low-income veterans, it is crucial for us to receive these goods promptly. The continuous mishaps have resulted in a substantial complaint history dating back to [redacted]. I hope to resolve this issue promptly in adherence to both FCC regulations and fair trade agreements between the United States and China. With over 22 years of service in the Marine Corps, I now turn to international purchases to support those in need.

Hello, my package was delivered to another address, and since February or March, I have been without any response or help. Basically, I have been scammed, and everyone else seems fine with it while I am left waiting for my package. It has been impossible to file a dispute as I am not fluent in English. I cannot see the seller's contact information, but you have access to everything, and to date, no one has refunded me or held the seller accountable. They received my payment but likely delivered the package to a friend of theirs 800km away from the address provided. Can someone finally help me, please?

I created a DHGate account two days ago and made a purchase. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and cannot receive a reset email because it says my email is incorrect. Hello, I bought some items on DHgate. The issue I'm facing is it's asking me to make payment for the items even though the money has already been deducted from my credit card. This is regarding the pair of pants I ordered. I am aware of the shoe order situation where the seller didn't have the color I wanted, and they asked me to choose another color. But, concerning the pants, it's still showing that I need to purchase them. I made the purchase on the 2nd or 3rd of December.
