I am disappointed that I have not received proper assistance from your customer service team. I purchased a sex machine that has broken three times despite my attempts to fix it with the parts provided after emailing Jessky. I have sent pictures each time to show the issues, with the most recent one showing the motor failing. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my old email, [redacted], and have provided my new email, [redacted], with no response. I am concerned about losing the $[redacted].00 spent on the machine and it is disheartening that I have not received a reply to address the warranty issue. This lack of response has led me to discontinue my purchases from your company.

I am frustrated with the lack of assistance I have received. I am unable to reach a person for help and have only been able to communicate through chat, which has not resolved my issue. I want to return a faulty product, a sex machine that has broken three times despite having a warranty. I have not received any response from the customer service representative, Jessky. I placed orders for two Lescolton 4 in 1 PL Laser Hair Removal devices, Order # [redacted] and Order # [redacted]. I declined the purchases and requested refunds for both, but have not received any resolution. I have evidence in my bank statement of being charged for both machines. Despite being happy with my recent orders for a cool sculpting machine and microneedling, I am distressed over the lack of refund for the laser hair removal devices. Hello, I placed an order for a pair of shoes. The seller initially showed pictures which looked fine. However, after receiving the shipment photos, the shoes appeared to be a different imitation from what was originally displayed - essentially false advertising. I purchased a dress last year, but it arrived in the wrong color and size. I tried to return it, but the store offered me an exchange for an item from Dhgate instead of a refund. They assured me that there was no time limit on this agreement. However, when I tried to place an order last week, I realized that all the messages regarding the exchange had vanished after a year. I noticed a purchase of $53.92 on my account that I didn't authorize. It's for an unknown item and was made with a new card that I never used with DHgate, which isn't saved on the website. Checking my DHgate account, I see all my items in the cart and no purchases were made there, so I'm puzzled by this unauthorized charge. As a result, my account is now overdrawn. I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks now. The tracking number is [redacted]. Custom support has the package but keeps instructing me to call DHL. I have contacted DHL, and they informed me that it could take up to 30 days for them to handle my package. I purchased a hoodie from a seller named Pamele on dhgate.com. Despite tracking the shipment daily for over a week, there has been no progress in processing or movement between facilities. Upon contacting the seller, I received a dubious response claiming the shipment was damaged and now out of stock. Given that the item was a jacket, it seems questionable how it could have been damaged.
