Hello, I'm reaching out because I'm having some concerns with my recent order. The order number is [redacted], and I haven't received it yet. I've decided I would like to cancel the order or return the shoes to get a refund for a few reasons. Firstly, the shoes won't arrive on time. Secondly, the size is incorrect. I'm inquiring about my order with number [redacted]. It is past the expected delivery date, and I am unable to track it as I don't have a tracking number. A few weeks ago, I, Latasha M., ordered two pairs of imitation Ugg boots for $76. After canceling the order due to discrepancies in the description, I have unsuccessfully attempted to reach the seller six times for a refund. The lack of response or refund has led me to consider legal action. I am disappointed with the lack of human customer service on the site. I demand my money back promptly; otherwise, I will involve my lawyer to address this unresolved issue. The absence of communication and support is unacceptable. It is frustrating to have to deal with a site that seems unresponsive and unreliable in handling financial matters. I urge the site to enhance its customer service accessibility to prevent situations like mine. I need assistance with an order I placed with Cinderella Dress via DHGate.com on 12/11/19. I paid for expedited shipping for the outfit to arrive within 2-7 days. The seller emailed me requesting an additional $30 for a plus-size item, which would delay my delivery to January [redacted]. I decided to cancel the order, leading to a series of email exchanges. They proposed withholding 30% of my payment, despite me not agreeing to the extra charge. Despite multiple attempts from 12/16-12/23, I have not received my refund. The seller suggested I keep the outfit and return it later, but it was intended for my mother to wear at my wedding on 12/21/19. I reluctantly agreed to the 30% deduction but have yet to see any progress on my refund. I simply want my money back and to cease communication with this company.

I purchased a pair of Maison Margiela Fusion sneakers for Christmas on December 16th with order #[redacted]. I paid extra for Rush delivery through DHL to ensure delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates or tracking information on my order. After contacting the seller, I received a response today, December 26th, stating that my shoes were held by customs and returned. Unfortunately, the shoes are now out of stock. I have been trying to resolve the issue of not receiving my order # [redacted], but so far, I have not had any success. This ongoing problem is becoming increasingly frustrating for me. As a result, I have decided to file a claim with my bank. Unfortunately, experiences like this are the reason I will no longer be conducting business with companies like yours. It is disheartening when hard-earned money is not respected, and issues are not resolved efficiently, leading to a prolonged run-around.

I don't have a picture of the item I ordered 30 days ago. I have been in contact with the seller, who informed me that the item is delayed due to a Chicago snowstorm. However, when I track the package, it shows that the item is still in China since Dec 11th. I have ordered four more items from the same country four days after this purchase, and I have already received those packages. Even if the item is on its way, I would have to wait about another week. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and I had to buy something else with money I didn't have because the item I ordered long before Christmas never arrived. I have tried to resolve this with the seller, but they keep asking me to wait. I am frustrated and no longer need the shoes. How can this be rectified?

I purchased two pairs of shoes on DHgate with order number [redacted]. When they arrived, I opened the boxes and found books inside instead of the shoes. The seller accuses me of falsifying the situation to keep the shoes and receive a refund. I have contacted DHgate multiple times, including via email, and provided them with videos and photos of what I received. Unfortunately, I have not received any helpful responses, and they claim my evidence is insufficient. I am frustrated as I only received books instead of the shoes I ordered. Please assist me in resolving this issue and reclaiming my money as I believe I have been scammed.

My items were mistakenly sent to the wrong address, not by my mistake. As a result, one order was returned, and the other has not arrived. My shipping address was correct, but the items were sent to a fictitious address, which has affected my son's Christmas. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, but to no avail as they are not reading any of my messages. The parcel tracking website indicates it is being held for inspection due to a missing invoice. I have contacted Poste Italiane, who informed me that since the package is being held in Chinese customs, they cannot assist, and it is the sender who needs to resolve the matter by providing all the necessary documentation. Now I am reaching out to you for help as I cannot reach the seller who seems to be always offline and unresponsive. Could you please assist me in receiving my order? I paid with my credit card, received confirmation, an order number, and believed the transaction was complete. However, this request for more money is not acceptable. The supplier mentioned rising costs and asked for an extra $[redacted]. I expect to receive the item I ordered without additional charges as initially agreed. I am disappointed in this turn of events with DHGATE after hearing positive reviews about the Ebike kits. I am reaching out for assistance with this matter.

I have a tracking number for my package, a Gibson Les Paul, which the United States Postal Service indicated was delivered to an address in Georgia instead of mine. I am requesting a refund of the couple hundred dollars I paid for the item. I would like to be contacted regarding this issue and expect to be fully reimbursed for the error made during delivery.

I ordered a product from DHgate on the 4th of December, hoping to have it by Christmas as a gift. However, I couldn't track the shipment online and received an email stating it wouldn't arrive until the 4th after the holidays. This disappointment affected my son, who was already let down it wasn't under the tree. Despite being charged, the product hasn't arrived, and I haven't received a satisfactory response. I have security cameras, ruling out porch theft. All other orders have arrived except this one. I have received my order, but the dress I received looks nothing like the one shown in the picture. I have opened a dispute, and they offered me a replacement if I return the item. However, I do not want to wait another month for a replacement that might not be correct either. I simply want a refund. I have sent several emails to you without receiving a response, which is making me quite frustrated. I need you to urgently get back to me regarding a return I am looking to do. I am waiting for your approval and confirmation of the address to send the item back to. The issue is with the wrong sizes I received; I ordered a 5 and a half in the UK size, which is equivalent to a 7 and a half in the USA size. I am willing to send these back so you can either send the correct size or provide a full refund for me to reorder. I also ordered another pair of shoes, which have not arrived yet. These were in a UK size 7, which would be a US size 9. Please provide the address for returning these shoes as well. I am hoping to hear back from you soon, as I don't want to waste over £40 on items that are of no use to me. Thank you.
