However, I lost the $42.76 for expedited delivery as my status is still pending with order number [redacted]. The tracking number provided, [redacted], isn't working, so my husband's birthday came and went, and my order is still missing. Unfortunately, the items were mistakenly left on front porches in San Francisco, Canada, and Texas instead. I have attempted to contact the seller but their company is now out of service. I am feeling frustrated and concerned about this situation. It seems like I am being scammed. I need the issue to be corrected promptly as my customers are waiting for these tools this week. I used the return address provided on the packaging to send back an item to the seller through a secure and signed delivery service. After informing the seller of my intention to return the item and confirming the address on the packaging, I was initially asked for the reason for the return. However, there was no further communication until I inquired about the status of my return for a refund. The seller has now refused to assist in retrieving my item from the actual seller they drop shipped from and declined to help further. I am hoping the seller can contact the shop holding my return watch to facilitate the refund since I am unable to communicate in Chinese.

I was disappointed when my package ended up in New York City, but I realized it wasn't DHgate's fault; it was the vendor's error. I want to apologize to DHgate for the misunderstanding. In the future, DHgate should monitor their sellers to prevent scams. Despite the delay, DHgate promptly refunded my money, and I appreciate that. Waiting for months for a delivery that never arrives is frustrating. In contrast, I've always received my orders on time when shopping with AliExpress.

I placed an order on September 20th for a pair of shoes when I received my paycheck. My card got charged, and the money was deducted. However, I was informed that payment verification failed. I made a purchase from your store. The estimated arrival time was 8-30 days. However, it has been over 30 days, and I have not received the item. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not had any success. The refund options did not address my situation as there was no choice for "item never arrived" or "shipping info not available." I am frustrated that in order to get a refund, I am required to return an item I never got. I am currently exploring ways to get my money back. Two months ago, I ordered a crewneck from DHgate. The seller assured me it was sent, so I patiently waited. However, after 6 weeks, the product still hasn't arrived. I'm frustrated that my order, #[redacted], shows as delivered, but there was no package when I returned home. The post office was unable to assist due to lack of insurance, and the seller has refused to send a replacement despite my requests. I've reached out to DHgate with no response. There have been multiple issues with companies like Tang Tang and raf019 sending my purchases to incorrect addresses in different cities and states. Despite my efforts to correct this, the problem persists. Even after reordering, receiving only one out of eight guitars, and having another guitar sent to a different state, I have lost confidence in the service. I am disappointed and hesitant to recommend this company to others. I urge them to resolve these shipping errors with the problematic stores on their website.

I have been unable to contact anyone as I do not have or ever had a password. Even after attempting to reset the password, I have been unsuccessful.
