I purchased two sets of shoes, but only one pair came in each set. I have been trying to reach out to DHgate for a refund without any success. The first order number is 31[redacted]9 for men's size 13, which I paid $43.36 for and only received one pair. The second order number is [redacted], where I ordered two pairs and only got one. The tracking number LT[redacted]95CN did not work, and I couldn't file a dispute. Despite DHgate claiming to ship them separately, I only received one pair in each order. I have experienced constant issues with DHgate, and after three months of trying to resolve this, I want my $80 refunded. I am frustrated and no longer wish to purchase from DHgate.

Today, I received an email informing me that my order has been successfully delivered. However, this is not accurate as the tracking information shows it is still in Florida and has not reached my address. I demand that this issue be rectified immediately. It is essential that my package is delivered to my correct address as specified in the order. I do not appreciate receiving misleading emails stating that the package has been delivered when it has not. Furthermore, my previous interaction with customer service was unhelpful as I was cut off before I could address my concerns fully. I require my package to be delivered promptly as I rely on it for my business. A refund would not suffice in this situation. However, the tracking still shows it in Florida, nowhere near me. I insist that this package reaches my actual address as specified on the order. I demand a confirmation that the package will be resent promptly and to the right location.**I am appalled by the suggestion that the package has been delivered when it has not. It is unacceptable to think the item might be incorrectly redirected to someone else. I demand a resolution to this issue immediately. I do not want a refund; I need my package to run my business.**My previous chat with Paolo, a supposed bot, ended abruptly with a suggestion for a refund rather than resolving the issue of the misdirected package. This is utterly frustrating and unprofessional. I am extremely upset and demand immediate action to rectify this situation before it causes further harm to my business.

I recently purchased a mother of the bride pants suit for $[redacted]. The color was incorrect, the fit was wrong, and the pant legs were incredibly long. I refuse to pay the $[redacted] shipping cost to return it. I have requested a paid return shipping label but have not received one. In March, I ordered a wedding dress that arrived but was too small. After contacting the seller, she asked for a return without providing a label. I paid $52 to send the dress back, which originally cost $[redacted]. I shipped it on April 10th with tracking information, and after multiple inquiries, the seller confirmed receiving it only in July. She mentioned needing a few days to retrieve it, but three weeks later, I still haven't heard if she obtained the item. Despite saving all our conversations, she has now stopped responding. Order #[redacted] was placed on 4/1/19. Upon receiving the item, I needed an exchange and contacted the seller multiple times, with little response. After starting an after-sale dispute, the seller agreed to the exchange if I returned the item. I sent it back on 5/29/19, and the seller acknowledged receiving it and promised to ship the exchange promptly. However, despite my efforts to follow up and request a new tracking number, the seller has been unresponsive. I have tried various methods to reach out, including through Dhgate's FB messenger, website, and live chat, but have faced challenges getting a clear resolution. I even attempted to request a refund, but the lack of communication from the seller has made it difficult. The prolonged wait has been frustrating, especially since this item was meant as a gift for my partner. I am seeking either the exchanged item or a refund of $68.14.

I am frustrated that I am unable to reach your return and refund department. I purchased a sex machine from your company which has malfunctioned three times. I contacted Jessky who sent me parts twice, but as I waited, the motor began failing. I inquired about a stronger replacement motor, but Jessky's response was unclear regarding any possible credit for the broken one I bought. I requested a replacement, and apparently, three were to be sent to me, but I have not received any. When I asked about a refund, Jessky did not respond. I am struggling to find the return and refund contact information. If this is your standard business practice, I will reconsider future purchases. The product is still under warranty, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I purchased items from the seller, but they did not have all the sizes as advertised. When I requested a refund and explained the situation, the seller denied it. I tried to change the reason for the refund, but the system wouldn't allow it and only gave me the option to dispute the refund. The seller claimed I would lose my refund if I didn't follow their instructions. I have tried contacting support through chat multiple times, but keep getting disconnected. The seller has been uncooperative and unreasonable. I have screenshots of all communication to support my case.

I recently had a bad experience with a purchase I made on DHgate. I tried to cancel it after reading awful reviews, but the representative said I couldn't. They advised me to contact the seller, but I never heard back from them. After a week with no response, I reached out again to both the seller and DHgate, but I still haven't gotten any help. I was informed that no assistance could be provided until the package reaches me. I checked yesterday and noticed that the delivery was made in Salt Lake City, which is far from my location. Despite this, I have not received the package or a refund. The whole situation has been a hassle since I attempted to cancel within ten minutes of placing the order. I urgently need a refund as this has been incredibly frustrating with no response from DHgate or the seller.

I purchased a dress for prom in May. Unfortunately, the item I received did not match the description, so I returned it as per the seller's instructions for a full refund. After providing the tracking number to the seller, they assured me they would process the refund within 15 days. However, when the deadline passed, I followed up with them. The seller directed me to check a platform called dhRefer, but I found no updates there. When they requested my login details, including my password, I declined. Feeling uneasy, I reached out to dhGate directly. The seller eventually promised a refund but delayed the process by over two months, causing me to lose more than £60. Additionally, they requested the deletion of any negative reviews I had left. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I bought my item more than 3 weeks ago. The seller informed me 16 days later that the package was lost in transit and will send a replacement, but I prefer a refund. It has been over 20 days now. I will return the item if it ever arrives. The seller has not responded after I declined the replacement and requested a refund. The website does not have the option to file a dispute or request a refund due to the updated tracking number provided by the seller 2 days ago.

Regarding Purchase Order #[redacted], I encountered an issue with the seller sending my item to Arizona instead of West Virginia and not providing a full refund. After looking into this, it appears similar incidents are common based on reviews. I am having trouble disputing and responding to the proposal, receiving a message that I am not authorized to take action under the current account and being prompted to sign in to a relevant one. Even trying to request DHgate mediation leads to the same problem. I am seeking a complete refund as I never received the item, which was mistakenly sent to another address. It seems the item is still being sold through various accounts, warranting an investigation. My overall experience has been very dissatisfying, especially since I am unable to reach any customer service representative. Once more, my main request is a full refund for the undelivered item, and I urge someone to investigate this fraudulent activity.

Order [redacted] was placed on 7/24/19 with DHGate through Seller Top Wedding Dress for Item [redacted]50, a burgundy gown with rose gold or gold design and a lace-up back. However, the gown received on 8/12/19 was completely wrong, a white gown with a burgundy design and zipper back. Despite contacting the seller on 8/14/19, they offered a partial refund and advised to keep the dress, which was declined. Attempts to resolve the issue with DHGate on 8/15/19 have been unsuccessful with no response from either party as of today, 8/21/19. Seeking assistance to return the incorrect gown and either exchange it for the correct one or receive a full refund of $[redacted].92. Time is of the essence as the event is near, and a resolution is urgently needed. Your help in facilitating an exchange is preferred. Thank you.

I ordered 2 Android tablets on July 18, [redacted]. The last update I received was on August 1, [redacted], and there have been no updates since then. I've tried contacting the seller multiple times, but most of my messages have been ignored. The tracking number provided to me (fake-[redacted]8) is not valid. After reading recent reviews with similar complaints, it's evident that the seller is a scammer. The package was supposed to arrive by August 15, and today is the 22 nd. Unfortunately, I couldn't open a refund and dispute since my order doesn't show up. I have documented evidence of the messages and delivery delays. Your customer service has been unhelpful, and I demand a refund as per your policy. I've contacted you via email with no response. If I don't receive my refund, I'll take further action. Your policy guarantees a refund, so please honor it. I'm upset about being scammed by your company and expect a resolution promptly.

I have been trying to contact this company for a while regarding my lost merchandise. It was sent to the wrong location, and I was informed by the Postal Service that it is in Alabama instead of Laredo, Texas where it should be. I have been trying to get a refund or locate my merchandise which has already been paid for. Despite my numerous messages, I have not received a response from the company. I hope this message reaches the right person so I can resolve this issue promptly. On July 21, [redacted], I ordered 2 10-inch Android tablets from a seller on this platform. I received updates until the package supposedly reached the states. However, there have been no updates since August 1, [redacted], and the purchase history is now missing. The tablets were meant to arrive by August 15, but it is now the 23rd, and the seller is not responding to my messages. The ratings that were initially 5 stars have now plummeted to 1 star, with similar complaints to mine. The store is no longer available, and it shows as sold out. Your policy states that money is held until delivery confirmation, ensuring its safety. Despite this, based on reviews, no refunds have been issued yet. I am seeking a refund as the seller seems dishonest and fraudulent. I am disappointed and will not make any future purchases here. If a refund is processed, I will also uninstall the app and have reported this issue to Google.

I'm frustrated when I get excited about a product only to discover it's out of stock. It's disappointing to have my time wasted when items are listed but unavailable. It would be beneficial to receive account credits for the inconvenience. Changing this policy is necessary to avoid frustrating experiences in the future.
