I contacted DHgate regarding three items I ordered. Two were not received, and one was the wrong color and poor quality. I am unable to access my account as all three emails are being rejected. I am certain about the email I used. I am requesting a refund for the two missing items and the $10 refund promised by the seller for the poor quality item. I prefer the refunds to be credited to my debit card; however, my original card has been replaced with a new MasterCard, with a different account number and expiration date.

I purchased 4 pairs of Jordan 13 shoes in size 12 for men. The mailman delivered only 2 pairs, leaving me waiting for the remaining 2. The delivery was expected by May 31, [redacted]. In the middle of May, I received an email about my payment being released prematurely, and despite my attempts to address this with DHgate, I am yet to receive a response. I am troubled as I haven't received the other 2 pairs from order number [redacted]. I also ordered 8 more pairs of Jordan 13 and hope that this issue doesn't repeat. I am dealing with other challenges in my life, and resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me to rectify this situation.

Regarding order number [redacted], I have attempted to place the order three times using different credit cards, all of which were declined by DHgate. Citibank confirmed no issues on their end. I am willing to provide the usual credit card information required for a purchase. I am unsure why this rejection occurred as I have previously made over 10 successful purchases from DHgate without any problems. I am open to trying again with a different card or one already on file. I will only supply standard credit card details. DHgate should not face issues as per Citibank, my FICO score is [redacted]. Kindly provide guidance on this matter.

I ordered from the seller Soccer [redacted] on DHGate with Order number [redacted] placed on 8/5/[redacted]. Initially, the seller promised free postage for ordering 10 items or more, but charged me around $46 instead. Despite agreeing to send 3 free items and use DHL, the seller shipped through Parcel Force, causing delivery delays. Parcel Force's unsatisfactory service has resulted in my package being stuck at the international hub since 22/5/[redacted]. The seller alleges I need to resolve customs issues directly, which I find unacceptable. My customers experienced delays due to this mishap, leading to financial losses. I ordered 25 units of Dewalt tools from seller wssshi03 on May 29, [redacted], at 16:42. I paid C$[redacted].60 by Visa. The order number is [redacted], and the tracking number is [redacted]. I've been tracking the shipment, which shows delivery to a Quebec service area and a signature. The delivery was meant for Utterson, Ontario. I've noticed concerns about scams on this site with people not receiving their products or refunds. I have a history of purchases on your site and many others do too, but if I'm scammed, I won't continue using the site, and others may follow. This month alone, I've spent over C$[redacted], and I know others who have spent a lot too. Please investigate this promptly and locate my product. Thank you.

I made a purchase from wuhaijun668 on DHgate for a sweater costing $53.22 CAD. After paying, he informed me my size was not available and suggested other products. We agreed on a new total of $[redacted] CAD for different items. Consequently, I wire transferred $[redacted] CAD to wuhaijun668, yet my order has not been shipped. Unfortunately, he is not responding to my inquiries on WeChat. I am seeking a refund for the $[redacted] and $53.22 as promised items were not delivered.

I purchased a pair of Kanye West Y-3 sneakers on May 2, [redacted], with express shipping for my prom on May 17th. However, the seller "dongdongshoes" has not refunded me yet. It's already a new month, and I need my refund as soon as possible. This situation is frustrating. They keep changing the timeframe for when I will get my money back, from 24 hours to 10-15 days. I purchased a bag and baby shoe from DHgate on May 31st, totaling $42.48. My order number is ***[redacted]. Today, on June 9th, I received an email stating that my order was canceled, despite receiving a confirmation email for my payment earlier. I have been trying to contact DH Gate as they marked my last order as complete, even though I didn't receive it. After tracking the package, it's clear the seller sent it to the wrong address again. Despite providing my correct address and trying to help the seller, they still got it wrong. I have not received any communication from the seller or customer service despite sending multiple messages and disputes. This has happened before, and I only received a refund for the order amount, even though I suffered more losses due to incomplete transactions with customers. I made sure to explain my total loss this time, impacting multiple customers.

I made a payment for my order a month ago, but today I was informed that it was canceled due to payment issues. I used BPAY for the transaction, and now I can't reach anyone at DHgate. I intended to send them this message:
"Hello,
I received an email today saying my order was canceled for lack of payment. However, I paid $46.80 AUD on May 17th. If you canceled my order, I expect a refund.
I tried to contact you, but my order number [redacted] was not recognized, making it impossible to send my message. It seems like a way to avoid communication and keep my money. Provide an email address for better customer support. This situation has left me frustrated and upset.

On June 26, [redacted], the situation worsened after placing order #[redacted]. Following an initial confirmation of order and payment receipt, I received a shipping notification from China with tracking #[redacted]4. Upon contacting DHL, I was informed that the package had been delivered with a signature in New York. Despite trying to resolve this by contacting the company, I faced issues such as being unable to send messages and incomplete forms due to browser compatibility problems. The online chat support advised using a different computer to communicate effectively. Despite submitting my order and payment, I am yet to receive the vacuum cleaner I purchased, and the lack of communication from the company is frustrating. Dealing with sellers from different countries presents challenges, especially for customers who are not tech-savvy.

I am relieved that the current issue has been resolved. When I made the order, DHgate promised to inform me once it was shipped. However, upon checking the status after 5 days, it showed no items ready to ship. I felt like my order was lost after they took my payment. After speaking with a DHgate representative, I discovered that it had indeed been shipped, but they failed to notify me. Now, I am eagerly awaiting its delivery. If only they had informed me about the shipment, this situation could have been avoided.

I purchased an item from a seller, and it was not the correct length as described in the listing. When I raised this issue with the seller, they initially claimed it was the right length but later changed their story, insisting that I ordered a different texture. They are now refusing to refund me unless I give them positive feedback. I opened a dispute, and despite sending evidence to the analyst for five days, she closed the case prematurely without reviewing all the information. Despite my emails, the analyst has been dismissive and closed the dispute early, contradicting what customer service representatives have told me. The handling of the case has been disrespectful and unprofessional. I am frustrated and seeking a full refund. The analyst has not been responsive to my messages, and I am requesting a different person to assist me. I am prepared to take further action, including involving legal support, to ensure I receive my refund.

Hello, I have been a customer for several years and never encountered any issues with my orders until recently. Lately, I have placed orders and it appears that I have been scammed by people running fake stores. After placing four orders from different stores, I realized these stores either do not exist or are fraudulent. The first store, with the name kong92339, shows as non-existent and provided me with a tracking number that does not match my items. I am struggling to dispute these charges on my own and would appreciate your assistance in getting my money refunded. The four orders I placed are as follows:
1. Order # [redacted] for $46.65
2. Order # [redacted] for $43.40
3. Order # [redacted] from store Brooke [redacted] for $35.28 (which I would like to cancel)
4. Order from store ale up for $62.04.
I no longer feel safe buying from potential scammers and kindly request a refund for all these orders.

I recently received an item in the mail two days ago, which arrived broken with mold growing on the lipsticks. This is concerning as it poses a health hazard. The company I purchased from is declining to issue a full refund. I feel entitled to a refund and find it necessary to address the company's practices regarding selling fake products and engaging in false advertising. Additionally, selling moldy products that people apply to their faces can lead to significant health issues.

I recently received a delivery of human hair from an online vendor, but the product did not meet my expectations, so I returned it for a refund. I purchased a pair of AirPods that arrived broken. The seller asked me to return them via USPS first-class mail for a refund, costing me an additional $15.
