I bought two Taramps [redacted].1HD amplifiers recently. The tracking number I received seems to be incorrect as the package shows delivered in Zephyrhills, Florida, but I live in Wichita, Kansas. I checked my invoice, and my address is correct. I would like to request that my order be resent to the correct address or to receive a refund.

I placed an order on March 4, [redacted], with order number [redacted]. On March 24, I received tracking number LT[redacted]76CN. Today, April 15, after 41 days, I got confirmation that my package was delivered to Beverly, Massachusetts, instead of Simi Valley, CA. The delivery address in my order details is correct, but it seems like there was a mix-up with the tracking information. I have tried contacting the seller with no response. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I have received from Dhgate. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for 4 months, and it remains unresolved. My experience has been distressing, involving multiple hours spent on chats and emails, leading me to feel depressed due to DHGATE's actions and negligence. I will spare the details I've already shared. Order Number: [redacted]54 1. Bought boots 2. Boots were faulty 3. I returned the boots 4. A refund was issued 5. Still awaiting reimbursement for return shipping, which was costly. I have interacted with over 50 customer service representatives without any satisfactory outcomes. Despite providing numerous emails, photos, and receipts for return shipping, Dhgate has not assisted me. I feel trapped in a cycle of repeating my situation endlessly. I have sent numerous emails but have yet to see progress. Meanwhile, the seller continues to operate, leaving me in a difficult position. I insist on prompt action and demand my refund for the shipping. This has been an ongoing issue since December [redacted]. I am exhausted from dealing with indifferent customer service, misinformation, and wasted time. Dhgate's handling of this matter has been incredibly frustrating and has consumed a significant amount of my time, making them the worst company I have ever encountered.

I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the service I have received from Dhgate. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for 4 months that still remains unresolved. I feel like I have been treated poorly, spent numerous hours on chat and emails, and have even been negatively impacted mentally by the actions of DHGATE. For Order Number: [redacted]54, I purchased faulty boots, returned them, received a refund, but I am still pursuing reimbursement for the return shipping, which was not cheap. Despite sharing proof of return shipping receipts and 20 photos as evidence, I have not received proper assistance after speaking with over 50 customer service representatives. This process has been incredibly frustrating as I continuously have to repeat my story. Meanwhile, the seller continues to operate, leaving me, the buyer, in a difficult position. I have been seeking a resolution since December [redacted] and I demand immediate action regarding the refund for the shipping expenses. The customer service experience has been immensely disappointing, causing me unnecessary stress and wasting my time. This has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I recently spent £[redacted]+ on a round bedding set, but I received an item in a different color and pattern from what I had ordered. I'm disappointed with this mistake, especially considering the amount I paid. The cost of returning it might be prohibitive, so it seems like I'm stuck with an item that was not my preference. I reached an agreement with a seller to return some trainers for a refund. After sending the package and providing the tracking number, the seller claimed they never received the return. However, when I checked online, the tracking information confirmed the seller had indeed received the package. The seller waited two weeks before sending me photos alleging that the trainers were in poor condition. Upon reviewing the photos, I noticed that the trainers were no longer in the grey postage bag and bubble wrap that I originally used, but in a white postage bag. This discrepancy indicates that the seller may have manipulated the situation to avoid issuing a refund. I received a $4 coupon as compensation, but it does not address the issue at hand. I am dissatisfied with this experience and feel taken advantage of by the seller's dishonest practices.

I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago but realized the item didn't have the Air Jordan logo, raising concerns about its authenticity. The item is still pending shipment, and the seller mentioned I could get a refund before shipping. Unfortunately, I'm unable to log in to my account on the computer as the email address seems to be invalid. Although I can access it through my phone by linking with Facebook, I'm encountering issues trying to open a dispute. I only have the order number as proof of my account, which I can provide later. I have not received my order despite placing it in December. The delivery date kept changing from January to February to March, causing frustration. Upon checking the shipping details, I found out it was supposedly delivered in early March. However, it is now May, and I haven't received it. I visited the post office, and they mentioned it was delivered to my PO Box with a key, although I never received it. My PO Box is secure, and a hair dryer wouldn't fit inside. I was not informed by the post office about any oversized delivery for my PO Box. I am seeking either the hair dryer or a refund. Thanks, Kathy M.

I am having an issue with my bridal dress order. I placed the order on 4/26 and the payment of $[redacted].14 was deducted from my account on 4/29, confirming the order. I accidentally selected basic delivery and would like to upgrade to 1-2 day delivery if possible. My main concern is that the company has already taken my money, but my account still shows "awaiting payment" for the same dress. I urgently need to know when I can expect the dress since my wedding is on June 1st in another state, and the shipment is going to a distant state in the US. If I cannot receive the dress on time, I would like a refund. I have tried contacting dhgate.com through my account since 4/26, but have not received any response. I made a purchase from outlethikingboots on March 19, [redacted]. I paid $[redacted].25 to the store but have not received my order or a correct tracking number. Despite numerous messages to outlethikingboots, the situation has not been resolved. Initially, I was provided with the wrong tracking number, and subsequent messages have been unhelpful. The outlethikingboots account shows the order as complete but I have yet to receive my items. I was informed I would get my order in "11-14 days," but it has been 17 days and still no delivery. I am frustrated as my money has been held since March 19, [redacted]. I will not be ordering from DHGate again due to this experience. I am seeking either my order or a prompt refund from outlethikingboots. Contacting me through email at [redacted] would be preferable as I find the messaging process on DHGate confusing and unproductive. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I made a big order of sunglasses for an upcoming festival in April. However, half of the products I ordered are not available. There are multiple shipping numbers for the orders that were all placed on the same day. Some items have tracking numbers while others do not. I would appreciate speaking with someone over the phone to address this issue. I don't want to keep the products that have arrived and am considering canceling the ones that have not been delivered yet.

I bought two pairs of Lebron shoes, but one didn't fit. After returning it to the seller for an exchange, I've been trying to communicate with them for weeks. Now that they have received the item, they are asking me to pay again for the sneakers and for shipping. Despite providing proof of our conversation, including the tracking number, the seller is ignoring my messages insisting on the additional payment. Customer service rep Eleven offered to assist with an after-sale dispute, but after sending all the necessary information, I haven't received any updates. I am firm in not wanting to pay twice for the same item. I just want the size 8.5 to be exchanged for a 9.5 or a refund. I had planned to buy more from this seller, but this experience has deterred me. I placed two orders on DHGate, both ending in disappointment, giving me second thoughts about recommending it to friends. This incident has made me reconsider shopping elsewhere, like on Amazon.

I ordered a purse from DH Gates, but the one I received had missing buttons, and the seller is refusing to replace it. Despite my previous good experiences with DH Gates, this situation has been frustrating. I paid $51 for the purse, and I am not satisfied. I inquired about the wig's details and received pictures via email from the seller. Despite the photos showing lace, the actual product received was poor quality, and I believe I was scammed with either one of the three wigs being subpar. Unfortunately, I am struggling to seek assistance through live chat to open a dispute. When attempting to send a picture to the seller, the system doesn't allow me to do so. Furthermore, the lack of PayPal as a payment option adds to the frustration, as it would ensure buyer protection. I am eager to receive a refund, but the app is not user-friendly for dispute resolution. Clicking on the picture in the messenger does not trigger any action, making it impossible to upload a photo. I feel upset and just want to know how to get my money back.

I placed an order on the 10th of this month but forgot to update my address on the app. After contacting the seller to request a change, I was informed that FedEx required a $15 fee for the address update. However, when I reached out to FedEx, they said the seller needed to make the change. Now, both parties are shifting responsibility to each other, and my package ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I have been unable to retrieve the package or get a refund. Order #[redacted] does not specify the phone it is meant for. I used it on my iPhone 8+ like I did with a previous phone holder, but the product I received from DHgate didn't hold up. My phone slipped out and shattered. I have requested a refund and a repair for my phone, but I have not heard back from the seller in over 48 hours. The picture on their website showed a tablet being held by the same holder, which made me assume it could hold my iPhone 8+, but the dimensions are not suitable.

Hello, I recently purchased a Xiaomi Pocophone F1 from DHgate. Unfortunately, the seller, mi_pioneer, made a mistake with the tracking number when shipping my phone. After contacting DHgate, they arranged for a replacement to be sent. Despite mi_pioneer agreeing to send another phone, it has been over a week and the item hasn't been shipped yet. I have been trying to reach out to both mi_pioneer and DHgate, but have not received any response. They have already processed the payment from my account. I am writing to report an issue with three items I purchased. Order number [redacted] from seller mrlizeb was supposed to be a silver watch but arrived in white and of poor quality. Despite the seller offering a partial refund of $7 instead of the correct $10, I have yet to receive any refund. Additionally, order number [redacted] and [redacted] were never delivered. Seller lucklygood responded rudely when I inquired about the missing item, while seller feikeai never delivered the item although I specifically requested it be left in my mailbox. I have requested refunds from all sellers but have been refused. I am seeking refunds of $17.78, $11.98, and $11.98 for the three items. I ordered one pair of shoes, but the seller claimed I ordered two and charged extra on my card. This has been inconvenient as I never intended to purchase two pairs with tracking number [redacted]. The second pair with tracking number [redacted] was not part of my order and I do not want them. I only want to keep the first pair of shoes and would like to return the second pair.

I received a faulty Facial Laser Machine from DHGate. It arrived missing a part and did not work. Despite reaching out to the supplier via messages and emails since December [redacted], they have not been responsive. In March, after being instructed to send back the hand piece for replacement, I have not heard back or received the replacement. I have purchased various items on DHGate and was disappointed by this experience. I have been requesting a refund and willing to return the machine, as communication with the supplier has been challenging.
