My company placed an order early November. My card was debited on November *th for $***.** and an international charge of $*.**. I have received one email stating the the order was in progress and with a tracking number...since then nothing. We contacted DHL with the tracking number and they have no record. The tracking number is **********. The order was for umbrellas...order number ********* I would like an update on this order and if it has not yet left China or wherever it was being shipped from I am prepared to cancel the order. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP
