Replace a broken blade ... I received my order for a Cuisanart DFB-**BCNY ** cup food processor back on Nov. **th. I’ve twice submitted a communication via Amazon that the housing for the blade had a crack. When I called your customer service line, I gave them all my product registration information but was told they couldn’t help me with a serial number. There is no serial number ANYWHERE on the product, the box, nothing. The registration site doesn’t even ask for a serial number! I just want a stainless steel blade that isn’t cracked! The least that Cuisinart should do is reply to my submitted customer service inquiry and help resolve the issue.
