Dear Customer Service, During the Christmas holiday, I purchased a food processor from your company for my mother. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the cover not locking into place on the base after two attempts. Following Bed, Bath, and Beyond's assistance in providing a UPS tracking number to return the item, my mother reached out to your company three days ago. We were informed that the resolution may take 3-6 weeks, which I find concerning. At this point, I am requesting a full refund rather than a replacement due to the prolonged wait times. Cuisart has been held in high regard in our eyes, but the current customer service experience has tested our confidence. Bed, Bath, and Beyond have mentioned that you will handle the refund as the processor was returned to your company. Please advise on the necessary steps to process the refund promptly. Hello, I received a Cuisinart Touchscreen Burr Mill Coffee Grinder as a gift from my son, ordered from Williams Sonoma with order #[redacted] on March 14, [redacted]. The grinder has stopped working while trying to grind coffee powder finely on multiple occasions. Since the unit is just over a month old, I am hoping to inquire about a replacement. I own a steak knife model [redacted] that is showing signs of rust. Customer service mentioned that rust is not covered as it is considered a cosmetic issue. I thought stainless steel items should not rust, especially when they are not defective. I have several other stainless steel items that have not rusted over time. How can stainless steel rust if it is not defective? I also have a stainless steel toaster from the same company that has not rusted, along with other stainless steel knives that remain rust-free. I believe there might be a defect in the product.

I need to send a photo of the cut off cord on my non-working coffee pot to Cuisinart, but I am unsure how to do so. With assistance from a representative, I was able to successfully send the pictures. I received notification that a new replacement is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I am a loyal customer with a kitchen full of Cuisinart products and have always been impressed with their customer service in any previous situations. I adore every single item I own from them!
