About two weeks ago, I went into one of the local Cricket stores to suspend line ***-***-****. one of the three lines I have with you. I had done this before, so I did not for-see any problem. The agent did remind me to come in or call to reinstate this line before ** days otherwise I would be charged a fee to reinstate. When I went into the store today to reinstate that line Today when I went in to reinstate this line, I was told that this line was not suspended but cancelled and I needed to pay $**.** to have it turned on again. I do not know how this happened, I did explain to the agent that I would be back before the ** days to avoid the extra charge. Now I am facing this charge that I feel it was a mistake or misunderstanding. Please help me I need this service back on and cannot afford the extra charge. thank you.
