About two weeks ago, I visited one of my local Cricket stores, I went in to suspend one of the three lines, I had done this before. When I visited the store, I was told to make sure that I did not suspend it for longer than a month otherwise I would have to pay to have the line reinstated. today when I visited the same store to have the service reinstated I was told this line was cancelled, not suspended and was told I have to pay $**.** plus to have this line reinstated. I need your help to do this without the extra charge, I cannot afford this extra expense, I do not know where the blame is, but I need for my child to have this phone turned on again. He uses it at school and I really do not want the extra expense when my intend was to suspend, not cancel as I had done prior. Your help will be appreciated.
