For months I have paid on an account that began with me porting * numbers to cricket * lines have been great but one started in a local cricket wireless store unable to receive calls assumed it was just part of port process when employee said same as with other lines it will change but it didn't and continued with first month payment on lines I called customer service experience and was told it was an invalid number as in a number that wasn't active at time of port by a company that it wasn't originally with all the lines was active in good standing with a company not what I was being told it belonged to but just the one line so it continues is addressed seems to work for the moment but once again it's back to same disfunction calls can being made or received is a rarity data always works then text work momentarily then it's can't be received unless it's a response from text sent out from cricket line now it's been repeated phone call & visit for customer support to be well assured it's fixed but hasn't been since the beginning yet it's charge for service I have yet to receive I continue to aquire & pay to cricket wireless with last response from customer service agent being I need pay for a new line or port in another number at discount cost which to me seems not exceptable due to fact it was active line just the same as the other two and also what I have been paying for with start up at port in and then continued with monthly bills being paid for service that is data ***% but calls & text random & to often rare event Please Address this Situation Correct it & Compensate it if it would be only this line Service I would have discontinued months ago but the other two line have been ***% and the service I received with them all around I am most satisfied with so much I haven't discontinued service while paying for that line with service that hasn't yet been received*Account Information: Cody Enyeart *Line with these issues is Phone number ***-***-****
