My credit score dropped because Credit Karma indicated a charge of $**,***.** to a card that I have not used in a few years. I called the card company and they have no record of a charge against me, however, your records indicated a charge in the above amount made between May and June, ****. I am alarmed and wish to speak to someone immediately to have this bogus information removed from my credit records on all credit score agencies.
