I need to know if I can please have late fees and the annual fee removed from my credit card with Credit One Bank. I have taken financial hit after hit with covid and was not expecting these fees when I signed up. I only spend *** on the card and even after a late payment that I couldn't avoid I still cannot use the card even though I desperately need it to turn my phone back on and buy groceries.Please help. I also need to request a credit increase as my income has gone up but I have to wait some time until I see the funds.
