Attention Fraud department Management: **COMPANIES IN QUESTION:***. Capital One Credit**.Credit One Card**My name is Shannon rotrock, I unfortunately been living through identity theft for a year-and-a-half now. I have had over * credit cards opened in my name as well as three of my personal accounts were hijacked. Fortunately everyone on the list has taken care of their duties as a promised, well everyone but these two. **In writing this email and making it so obvious that I am not going to sit around and take this and I'm going to take action publicly now if need be. This is being copied to two news organizations ( KPTV & KOIN), I will be doing an interview on how I was treated from your organization if this is not addressed.**I have had these two card companies for years leading up to this. I always had my account under the account balance the account balance and never missed a payment.** Often I would pay my bills in full even though it did not request that. One of these companies and I go back ** yrs... However, i was still treated horribly. Between these two Credit companies they have brought down my credit almost *** points in a year and a half and I have most likely spent about *** hours with on the phone. They have the worst communication and record-keeping a business can have.**Such as: I would call them every week to check up on my fraud claim and they would always tell me they have no record of my previous call even though I was explicitly told the notes would be taken and something would be worked on. Finally I was able to get these letters attached from these accounts stating that I am innocent in this and I am still breaking the habit of losing my credit score because of them. I am now sending this out to all companies that have to do with these corporations as well as the news media .** There was an investigation done by CAPITAL ONE, CREDIT ONE WELLS FARGO AND OREGON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT. *All * decided my innocence.**I'm done playing around!Almost two years later (very unprofessional. )*my credit score is now over *** points down and they need stop! I also have copies of my contact phone calls with the fraud department at Capital One and Credit One. Both of them stated that I was not responsible for the Bill. Now,* course this was before they inform me at the end that I was not supposed to be recording them, at the time I did not know that. Either way i was informed they maybe can't be used in court but they definitely can be forwarded out.*Not only was I invaded by identity theft I was raped over by my credit card companies that were supposed to be on my side. And they continue to hurt me to this day.** I will see say this is my last attempt to get the attention of these companies. It is ridiculous that it is taking this long and I have no idea what I could do to provide any further proof to them. Even in their own writing here they state that they are taking responsibility yet still make it look bad on my side.*If this does not reach their attention and I am not contacted within one week I will bring in all my evidence to your interview and provide it to you at.**Attachedd:*CREDIT ONE*You will find * letter from Credit One card services. The letter states that I'm not responsible for me.. I do have several recorded phone calls that I will provide to you next week if I'm not contacted by them. **CAPITAL ONE:**I had two card accounts with them. *st one ending in **** and the other is acct ****...*Again with this account on both credit cards I provided you the attached letter stating I am not responsible for this fraudulent account..**(*) CREDIT BUREAS**At the same time I contacted all three credit bureaus to put a freeze on my account do to this identity theft and I reported it.***WELLS FARGO*Wells Fargo was my bank account for my checking and savings. They were also affected by this identity theft however was professional and equipped enough to handle the their customers theft within a timely matter. They also helps resolve the issue entirely so I want to say thank you to them.**OREGON CITY POLICE:*Also attached is a copy of the police report I attach to Oregon City Police Department explaining this identity theft.**I had tried every single way I possibly know to fix this.**Capital One and Credit One completely drug me through the mud and I think the public should now know how horrible they treat there victims.
