I have been trying for *-* weeks now to reset my password, that, I forgot, I get a temporary password emailed, that is not accepted. I have made so many calls with so many solutions that do not work. I am getting frustrated. I need to access my credit cards online, as not only to make payments, but to check my status. I have been a loyal customer, always paid ontime. I want to get into my account asap, or I will have no choice but to cancel my card. I will of course pay it off, but I refuse to pay *.** on phone to make a payment, when I can do so online. I need to get into mu account asap! No more calls, giving me useless guidance!! This has went on to too long!
