Have a faulty mattress removed and what we paid for it refunded . The issue now is being resolved the mattress is supposed to be removed on the **th of this month and we should get our refund soon after that . ... We bought a Dormeo mattress from yourselves and contacted you in the UK to complain about it throwing us out from the bed you asked us to send you photos of the mattress which we did you emailed back to say we sent them to the wrong department and instead of you forwarding them to the right dept you wanted us to do it I then had a fall and we purchased another mattress and I was unable to deal with this issue for a couple of month whilst waiting to do so we put the defective mattress in our den we would like you to arrange for it to be taken back and be refunded as per the initial phone call and your guarantee our membership number is ***********
