When I got home from shopping (for the first time ever) at Costco tonight, I checked my receipt and saw that my coupons had not been applied to my order. I had received a sheet of free offers and * or * that were $*.** off (free paper towels, free laundry and dish detergents, trash bags (not sure if free or $* off), free frozen berries, free tortilla chips and $* off a fresh meat purchase.) The total value (amount I paid) of the items for which my coupons were not applied was $**.** (or **.** if the trash bags were $* off and not free.) (One of the $* off ones WAS applied because it was a separate order - they offered to go find it because it was the only item on my sheet of coupons that I couldn't find. But there were people in line behind me so I went ahead and paid and then did a new transaction at a different register for the one item they'd retrieved for me.) I would like to be sent a cash card for the amount rather than have to go to Costco to get a refund, as it would be about an hour round trip to take care of it. The receipt shows the OP***, Name: Anthony A. If you need verification that I did have those coupons, I believe he would remember the event, because of the one missing coupon on the sheet, and offering to go get it. He also might remember me because he accidentally told me my cash card only had *.** left on it, when it in fact had the full $**.**. The bottom of my receipt says Whse:**** Trm: * Trn: *** OP: ** My Member * is ************.
