I had a challenging experience at the store today. I approached the register with a full basket of items. I placed seven items on the belt and explained that these were to be paid for separately on my husband's card as a separate order. I politely asked Pablo, the cashier, to process my items first, but he insisted on moving the cart through first. Despite my request, he began scanning my items, and even his helper added two items from the cart to my order. When I tried to explain, Pablo was rude, and his behavior escalated when I requested a manager. The situation was unsettling, and I felt mistreated and humiliated by the cashier's attitude. I reported the incident to the receiving manager, hoping for a resolution. This encounter left me feeling upset and disrespected.

Hello, I previously sent a message but realized I provided the wrong email address, so I am resending now. Today at the Marlboro, NJ club, I approached the register where Pablo was the cashier. I selected seven items to be rung up separately, but Pablo insisted on scanning the large items first. When his helper began combining my orders, I politely requested to pay for my items separately. Pablo rudely refused, causing confusion. Despite the mix-up, I paid without complaint. When I brought up the issue with a manager, Pablo reacted defensively. I was left feeling humiliated and upset by the way I was treated. This was a disappointing experience as a loyal Costco customer.

On or before August 10, [redacted], I received an email that appeared to be from Costco, asking to fill out a survey for a free gift, a tactical flashlight for just the shipping and handling fee of $9.95. After completing the survey and placing the order, I received the flashlight and an unexpected headlight. On August 20, [redacted], while checking my Discover credit card account, I noticed an extra charge of $49.99 from Gadget Sun. After contacting my credit card company, I learned that by accepting the gift, additional charges were applied, mentioned in the fine print, I overlooked. Today, I once more saw a charge of $34.99 from the same company named CLC Gadgets on my credit card statement. This seems like spam to me. I previously contacted Costco Customer Services and Concierge Services regarding issues with the delivery and installation of the LG washer and dryer under order # [redacted]74. The dryer was delivered by Innovel on July 24th without a dryer cord, rendering it unusable. Innovel's installers claimed Costco did not provide the cord. I reported this on July 25th to Costco. We scheduled an appointment with Innovel to deliver and install the cord on August 27th in the morning. They arrived on time but brought the wrong cord. They assured us they would return on August 28th with the correct cord, but they did not show up or contact us. We are frustrated and disappointed. We are seeking clarity on our options and potential compensation from Costco or Innovel for the inconvenience and countless hours lost dealing with this issue.

I have been experiencing issues with the prescription service at the White Marsh Costco in Maryland. My doctor sends over refills for a full year, but due to insurance restrictions, I can only pick up one month at a time. However, the pharmacy is counting each refill as three months, causing my refills to appear empty before I have received them all. I have tried contacting them by phone, but I am only able to reach a robotic voice that is unhelpful. As I am currently away at college and the prescription is under my father's membership, I cannot visit the pharmacy in person. I was hoping to resolve this over the phone, but have been unable to speak to a real pharmacist.

I purchased a pair of gold love knot earrings that have been causing me trouble. The backs keep falling off, resulting in one of the earrings going missing. Even though I tried to address the issue at Costco, they said I needed the complete set for a return. This defeats the purpose since I couldn't return the missing earring or the backs. I've had good experiences with Costco jewelry in the past, but these earrings seem to be very defective.

On April 22, [redacted], we bought a Samsung 55" curved TV with a 3-year protection plan and a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Our membership number is [redacted]85 5Y. The issue we faced was the TV had no picture but had sound. When contacting Square Trade, their assistance was excellent; however, when it came to sending a service technician, we faced delays as none were available in our area. Eventually, we were offered a replacement Samsung 55" flat screen TV instead of the original curved one. Our next-door neighbor, who bought a 60" Samsung curved TV, received better warranty terms. Despite being loyal Costco customers, we are disappointed by the service from Square Trade and the inability to repair our TV as per the plan we purchased. We seek a resolution to this matter. Thank you, William S., a Costco member since the store opened.

Hello, I have been a loyal Costco customer for many years and have purchased an EKO motion sensor trash can from them in [redacted]. Unfortunately, around 6 months later, while cleaning the top of the can, I sustained a minor injury. Having young children, one with a mental disorder who could also potentially get hurt, I had to remove and discard the top of the trash can. Today, while searching for a replacement, I discovered there was a product recall issued for this item in June [redacted]. I am not seeking legal action, just a replacement for my trash can. I no longer have the receipt, but I can provide a photo of the can. I believe Costco is the exclusive seller of this product.

I have a friend in Seattle who is the managing director of Seattle Shakespeare, a dedicated union acting company. He not only excels at his job but also bakes a variety of treats for every opening night cast, staying up late to do so. Recently, he mentioned on Facebook that the price of vanilla has skyrocketed due to environmental factors, making it unaffordable for him. I couldn't help but wonder if Costco would consider donating a generous amount of vanilla to support this hardworking and generous individual, John Bradshaw. Your contribution could even be recognized as a sponsor in Seattle Shakespeare's programs. Thank you for considering supporting a local individual with such a giving spirit. - Kevin L.

Hello, I am Deepthi, and my Costco membership ID is [redacted]77. In early September, I visited the Costco pharmacy to pick up my prescription. Previously, I benefited from a manufacturer's discount with a coupon, allowing me to purchase the medication for as little as $18. It seems that the terms of this discount had recently changed, unbeknownst to me. When I was charged $25 at Costco, I inquired about the increase, but the pharmacy staff did not provide a satisfactory explanation, simply insisting on the higher price. After discovering that the coupon had been updated to $25, I decided to switch back to Walgreens where I had previously paid $18. Upon notifying Costco of the change, an employee reportedly behaved unprofessionally by yelling at the Walgreens representative. This, along with the lack of transparency regarding the cost increase, led me to return to Walgreens. I am disappointed by the behavior of the Costco pharmacy staff and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to address this issue. Thank you, Deepthi

We bought a Human Touch model HT9500 massage chair on 8/27/[redacted] for $4,[redacted].99. Our issue is that the vinyl covering on the front of both arms and the seat has started cracking and disintegrating in a distinct pattern over the past few months. We use the chair sparingly and take good care of it, so we are surprised by this deterioration. The chair functions perfectly fine. Human Touch refuses to assist due to the expired warranty and suggests finding a reupholstery company. We believe such an expensive purchase should last longer than 7 years. We hope Costco, where we bought it, can help us as they are known for supporting customers. We can provide photos if needed. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, E&C Boden

On September 4, [redacted], I submitted two prescriptions to the Costco Pearland Pharmacy for Nortriptyline and Topiramate, medications I have previously filled there. I received the Nortriptyline but was told the Topiramate was out of stock. After being notified multiple times by text, I picked up the medication listed under a different name, Torsemide, believing it was a generic change. However, upon discovering the error and the potential dangers of taking the wrong medication, I contacted the pharmacy, which acknowledged the mistake. They advised me to return the prescription for an exchange but later informed me the correct medication was still out of stock. I am concerned about the safety of their processes and would like to see improved checks and balances to prevent such errors in the future. I anticipate being contacted when the correct prescription is available. As a gesture to remedy the situation and ensure customer safety, I am requesting compensation from Costco in the form of a gift card, check, and a membership renewal due to the serious nature of this incident. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I had a disappointing experience with a large appliance delivery service. We were supposed to receive our laundry appliances on Friday, September 22, and were told we would receive a confirmation call with a delivery window. When I didn't hear from them by 11:30, I reached out, only to be informed around 5:00 that they couldn't make it due to truck issues. When I suggested rescheduling for Monday, I was told that wasn't possible as the truck was already prepared for that day. Afterward, I was given a take-it-or-leave-it option for Wednesday. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe there should be consequences for those involved.

We bought a Samsung washer and dryer, and unfortunately, the washer stopped working over a month ago. Despite contacting [redacted]-SAMSUNG 10 times within the past month, we have not received a resolution. Samsung has sent a technician twice, but the issue remains unresolved. As we are moving out of state soon, we are hoping Costco can step in, refund the full amount for the pair, and arrange for their pickup. Samsung's lack of timely response has left us in a difficult position amidst selling our home and preparing for the move. We have been told by neighbors that Costco is proactive in handling such situations. We appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I want to share two contrasting experiences I had with Costco this weekend. First, I visited the Sugar Land location to buy a console table I had seen previously. Even though the item was no longer in stock due to a furniture inventory shift, the knowledgeable and friendly staff members there went out of their way to help me locate it at the Willowbrook store. The assistance and service received at the Sugar Land location were exceptional. However, upon arriving at Willowbrook, I faced a disappointing situation. Despite paying for the item, it was too large for my car. The staff at the store refused to hold the item for me until the next day and handled the situation in a rude and unhelpful manner. The manager's attitude was unsatisfactory, and I left feeling frustrated by the lack of problem-solving and customer service. While I appreciate the service at the Sugar Land store, the experience at Willowbrook was disheartening, and it's unlikely I will return to that location based on this encounter.

I recently bought Kirkland Signature batteries in size [redacted] for my hearing aids, and I must say, the new 'daisy wheel' packaging is terrible. It is unsuitable for daily use as the batteries easily fall out and get damaged when carried in a pocket with other items. This has led to a lot of wasted batteries, making the product less appealing compared to other more expensive brands. I even spoke to a lady at the hearing center in your Warden and Ellesmere warehouse in Toronto, and another customer in line also shared the same issues. I urge you to consider changing the packaging back to its previous form or finding a more practical solution to this problem.

Hello, I would like to address an issue regarding the P&G discount offer. Despite having spent over $[redacted] on P&G products, I received an email stating that I needed to spend an additional $27 to be eligible for the $25 discount. I have contacted them to resolve this discrepancy, and they mentioned that they will look into it within 10 days. I believe companies should not mislead customers into unnecessary spending. As a longstanding Costco customer, I expect transparent and honest dealings with promotions. I am a busy individual and prefer not to waste time on such matters. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Valsamma John

My name is Al F., and the membership is under my wife's name, Angela F. Our issue is that we were expecting a refund check for signing up for the premium membership, but we have not received it. After being told the check was sent to the wrong address and waiting for a replacement check without success, I visited the store in Fort Myers last week. The customer service desk was unhelpful, informing me that no check request had been made and providing little assistance. Feeling frustrated, we had no choice but to renew our membership at the register to continue shopping. This ongoing situation since March is not only concerning due to the missing rebate check but also due to the poor customer service received.

I participated in a survey from Costco back in September 20th, [redacted]. The survey promised a free gift in exchange for feedback on my shopping habits and satisfaction with Costco services. Upon completion, I was presented with a selection of products to choose from. I opted for a face cream and eye serum and paid for shipping. However, I later discovered charges of $84 and $74 on my card for these products. When I contacted the company to dispute the charges, they claimed that the 14-day trial period had lapsed. The terms of these charges were not clearly outlined during the survey process. I have collected all relevant documentation regarding this issue. Can anyone provide assistance with resolving this matter? The products in question are from LIVALI skin products.

I am disappointed that I tried to purchase 4 Michelin Defender Tires on this month's promotion, only to find out they are out of stock for 4-5 weeks. My local Costco informed me that I couldn't buy them at the promotional price with the $70.00 discount and the $60.00 Citi purchase rebate if the tires were unavailable. I am frustrated that the advertisement doesn't match the product availability. Despite considering Tire Discounters, I prefer shopping at Costco and would like to receive the promotional deal as advertised. I would appreciate it if you could locate 4 Michelin Defender Tires ([redacted]) and deliver them to my Costco in Columbus, OH at Polaris. Feeling let down, Jeff L. Columbus, Ohio
