I am encountering issues with logging in to my account for nearly a month now. Every time I try to log in, it prompts for a password reset. Despite resetting my password twice within an hour on October 14, [redacted], I could not place an order successfully. Even though I managed to place an order via phone upon special request, I have not received any confirmation email yet. When I tried to check my order status online, I faced the same password reset request. This situation is very frustrating. Could you please assist me with this matter? Thank you. - Ishita Bhaumik.

My elderly parents, both struggling with severe health issues, have been displaced for 16 days due to a botched HVAC installation leading to asbestos contamination in their home. Their living conditions in a cramped hotel are exacerbating their health, with my mom's breathing worsening and my dad experiencing elevated blood pressure. The asbestos removal company hired by the HVAC vendor did a careless job, leaving asbestos fibers in multiple areas of the house. Attempts to address the issue with Costco, the HVAC vendor JW Heating & Air, and the removal company, Alliance-Enviro, have been met with evasion and blame-shifting. The deteriorating health of my parents and the inhabitable state of their home have left us frustrated and desperate for accountability and help from the responsible parties. Urgent action is needed to ensure the safety and well-being of my elderly parents.

Order #[redacted]92: I was charged $[redacted].99 for the Lifetime Rough Cut [redacted] gal. Deck Box, which was supposed to be shipped to our rural home. Despite FedEx tracking showing it was delivered, neither I nor my neighbor received it. I suspect it was left at the county road where it was taken. I have reached out to FedEx and filed a report (incident paperwork #[redacted]62) on Oct. 3. I had one phone call a couple of weeks ago but no resolution. I need a replacement deck box before the rainy season arrives. If possible, please send it via UPS. Thank you, M. Hallock

Today, we attempted to purchase a membership at your store. However, we encountered issues with your representative who was overly persistent. Despite clearly stating our preference for the $60 membership, he continued to push the $[redacted] plan. We repeatedly declined his offers, but he kept insisting on the more expensive option. The pressure became unbearable, leading us to leave the store in frustration. We had high hopes for visiting Costco, especially with a new store opening in Coralville, Iowa, but this experience was a letdown. The lack of respect for our choice was disappointing, and we are now reconsidering shopping at your store. The pushiness and refusal to listen to us were unacceptable. We left feeling disheartened and will likely explore other shopping options. Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. G from the Quad Cities.

I'm experiencing an issue trying to purchase Imodium over the counter on Sundays. The manager claimed it's a controlled substance, which is not accurate as it is available in other stores. Additionally, I was told it contains an opioid, which I am aware of. I find the store busy and challenging to find parking. Perhaps limiting access to the cabinet where this specific product is kept could be a solution rather than restricting sales. This decision seems questionable. I rely on Imodium due to my condition, but if this continues, I will have to shop elsewhere to avoid this frustration. - Mary L.

While shopping at your Owings Mills, MD location, I sampled a sausage labeled as beef by the associate, Dannette. Upon closer inspection of the ingredients, I discovered that pork was listed as the first ingredient, contrary to what I was told. I raised this concern with the manager on duty, who mentioned that associates have access to information papers with details about the food they serve. This situation is troubling, as it could pose a greater risk if someone had food allergies. I urge you to address this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I recently bought two fright fast passes for Queen Mary Dark Harbor ($80.00 total). The event was chaotic, resulting in a three-hour wait in the parking lot. Even after being misdirected to another lot with a shuttle, the wait continued. Upon arrival, the supposed "fast pass" lines were as long as the regular ones, with a 2-hour wait to enter. Our tickets weren't scanned, and we never made it inside. The disorganization and lack of professionalism were disappointing. I am looking to obtain a refund as our tickets were not used. Your guidance on the refund process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently contacted Harland Clarke as a new Costco Business Member to inquire about ordering personal checks. When speaking with Maria on 10/31/18, I requested information on the costs for [redacted] single basic blue safety checks. Maria quoted me $25.53 for the checks and $9.05 for shipping. Puzzled by the discrepancy, I researched online and found the checks listed at $16.48. Upon questioning Maria about the pricing difference, she couldn't provide a clear answer. She then disclosed that the $9.05 shipping charge was optional for shipment tracking and that the actual total, including sales tax, would be $17.67, not $34.58 as initially quoted. I was taken aback by this deceptive practice and believe it's important for Costco to ensure integrity in its business partnerships. I urge you to investigate this matter further. Sincerely, Mary M.

I have encountered numerous challenges with your pharmacy at the Fern Street location. I'm scheduled for surgery on Tuesday and needed to pick up five prescriptions ahead of time, one being a liquid painkiller that needed ordering. Despite giving two weeks notice, on two different occasions I was told the prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes, only to wait longer and leave empty-handed. The manager mentioned being occupied with giving shots, delaying my prescriptions. When I asked about the painkiller, they realized they forgot to order it. Today, a mix-up with the antibiotic almost rendered it unusable due to miscommunication. The suggestion of accepting medication with a broken seal is concerning, amplifying my stress prior to surgery. I typically appreciate Costco's service and quality but this pharmacy experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.

I want to share my disappointing experience with MoviePass. Last Christmas, my wife and I received MoviePasses from our daughter. While we initially faced issues signing in to their website, we managed to use it a few times in February. However, since then, the company has encountered continuous financial problems. This weekend, we couldn't find any available movies at ten different theaters, which is frustrating. I just needed to express my frustration, knowing that the only possible solution is to witness the company's likely path to bankruptcy. Hopefully, if Costco discontinues its association with MoviePass, this issue will be resolved. Thank you.

I have faced numerous challenges with your pharmacy at Fern Street in Crystal Surgery. I am scheduled for surgery on Tuesday and needed to pick up five prescriptions. Despite placing the order two weeks ahead as advised by my doctor, I encountered delays. On two occasions, I was told the prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes, but they were not. The manager cited being busy giving shots for the delay. Additionally, the liquid painkiller I needed had not been ordered as promised. Today, there was a miscommunication as the pharmacist almost prepared the antibiotic prematurely. I was even asked to accept medication with a broken seal, due to the mix-up. This level of service is unacceptable, especially during such a crucial time before my surgery. I urge you to address these issues promptly. While I am a loyal Costco customer appreciative of the quality, prices, and employee treatment, the pharmacy's performance has been disappointing and added unnecessary stress to my situation.

I recently bought a [redacted] Cadillac SUV and was promised a $[redacted].00 gift card by the finance person during the purchase, which delighted me. Unfortunately, I later found out the gift card promotion is only for [redacted] models. I am disappointed as a loyal customer of Costco, and my family could benefit from the gift card. I kindly request that you honor the gift card for me. If needed, I can provide details about the car purchased from Michael Cadillac in Fresno, California. My name is D. On Tuesday, November 7, [redacted], I drove my Honda Civic [redacted] EX-L to Costco in Alhambra to purchase a pair of Michelin Pilot Sport Tires and have them replace my old tires. After waiting for 2 hours, I received a call from one of the Costco mechanics informing me that they broke the wheel lock while trying to remove one of the tires. They suggested I take my car to an external body shop to remove the remaining broken part of the wheel lock since they didn't have the necessary equipment at Costco. The mechanic attributed the issue to the wheel lock being overtightened previously, possibly by the Honda dealer. Now, I am left with a broken wheel lock and the potential hassle of finding a dealer or body shop to remove it, which could cost me additional time and money. Despite speaking to the manager at Costco in Alhambra, who seemed to deflect responsibility, I am determined to pursue justice and compensation. Otherwise, I will cease doing business with Costco and encourage my family and relatives to do the same. Thank you.

After my first-ever shopping trip to Costco, I noticed that some of my coupons were not applied to my purchase totaling $71.54 or possibly $64.55 if the trash bags were $8 off and not free. I had received a sheet of free offers including paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, frozen berries, tortilla chips, and discounts on fresh meat. Although one $8 off coupon was successfully applied in a separate transaction, the rest were not. I am requesting a cash card for the unapplied coupon value to avoid having to make a one-hour round trip back to Costco for a refund. The receipt details are OP#52, Name: Anthony A., Whse:[redacted], Trm: 9, Trn: [redacted], OP: 52, and Member #: [redacted]49. I believe Anthony A. would recall the incident, especially regarding the missing coupon, his offer to retrieve it, and the cash card balance error mentioned.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Costco Pharmacy I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the Costco pharmacy in Hawthorne, California on 11/8/[redacted] at 11:00 am. As a physician, I was disheartened by several aspects of my visit. Initially, I visited the pharmacy for a tDAP shot advertized on your website for $40.53. However, upon arrival, I was charged $56 for Adacel instead of Boostrix, despite their equivalence. I requested the lower price listed on the website. Furthermore, the staff, Tim and Hoang, were unwelcoming, and I was unable to speak with a pharmacy manager. I was referred to Barry Meizel and left a message for him. Lastly, I must note that Hoang administered the shot improperly. Proper vaccine administration requires aspiration before injection to ensure it is not done directly into a blood vessel. I believe these issues need to be addressed for the benefit of your customers. Sincerely, M. Kumar, MD

As dedicated Costco fans, my partner and I have enjoyed your products for years, but we've experienced repeated disappointments when favorite items suddenly vanish from your shelves. Often you can't get a clear answer from the staff about why products like Cilantro/Jalapeno Hummus, Absolut Vodka, Pickled Beets, Oil of Olay, Bread Sticks from the food court, or Chocolate Yogurt are no longer available. Recently, we were told that Kirkland marinated artichoke hearts will be out of stock for an extended period or even discontinued. This news was shocking and left us wondering why such a staple item for us is no longer offered. While I understand these are minor problems in the grand scheme, the lack of transparency about product changes feels out of place among Costco's other customer-focused practices. I suggest providing explanations for why items are discontinued, possibly through a newsletter like Trader Joe's. Having insights into the decision-making process behind removing products would go a long way in easing customer frustrations. Additionally, I'd be willing to assist in creating such a newsletter if it interests you. Regardless of these challenges, I remain a loyal Costco shopper and look forward to continuing to support your store.

This past Sunday, I went to one of your Memphis stores located on Hacks Cross Rd. After leaving the registers, my family and I decided to grab some pizza from the food court. Unfortunately, we encountered a woman with a terrible attitude who treated us poorly. This was a stark contrast to the usual kind and professional treatment we receive. The woman, whose name we missed, was being very rude to another employee. The rude woman we interacted with was named Jordan. Typically, we shop at the Cordova branch without any problems, but the experience at your Memphis location was disappointing. I want to give a special shoutout to Doug at the Cordova store. He is consistently courteous and ensures we have a pleasant visit when we order food. During our recent visit, Doug was exceptionally professional and hospitable. Thank you.

Bought a HumanTouch AcuTouch 6.0 chair from Costco over 5 years ago. Recently, the foot massager stopped working. After contacting HumanTouch customer service and attempting a self-fix, the issue persisted. Customer service was unhelpful, only offering credit towards a refurbished chair. While at Costco in Augusta, GA, spoke with a HumanTouch salesperson who recommended contacting customer service again or him directly. After reaching out to customer service and the salesman with no resolution, feeling frustrated with the lack of support for the expensive chair purchased. This experience has led to a decision not to buy another HumanTouch product in the future.

I purchased tires online following the prompts for my car model and placed the order. I received a shipping confirmation but not a delivery notification. After confirming they were delivered, I took a day off work to have them mounted. However, I was informed the tires were the wrong size once I arrived for installation, with only more expensive alternatives available. Despite seeking an adjustment, I was redirected to different counters with no resolution. Returning to the tire department, only the order taker was present, not a manager. I feel frustrated by what seems like a deceptive sales tactic after following the website instructions and losing income due to errors.

I contacted Q-See Customer Service about issues with my 8 Channel 960H Security System purchased from Costco. The service agent lacked knowledge about the product. I provided clear details about the three problems with my unit, but the agent couldn't assist properly. I've been on the phone for nearly an hour and still haven't received adequate support. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was put on hold and ultimately disconnected after 57 minutes. This is the worst customer service experience I've encountered, and I am disappointed as a longtime Costco Executive Member. I need assistance with my unit for my business urgently or guidance on returning it. I hope to receive better service in the future. My Serial # is QT5682-4V3-[redacted]0, and Model # is [redacted]. Thank you. - R. M. B. - Costco Executive Member #[redacted]21
