The issue in GetHuman-kusaila's own words
Get something from CS to actually work as advertised-*Didn't happen. ... Unauthorized plan change for mobile data, when mobil data was not used. Current plan directs that when data limit is reached, data plan is suspended until next billing cycle.*Web site doesn't work! Phone tree doesn't work! Phone callback options don't work. Slackers won't answer the phone! Unauthorized plan changes will not be paid for.
Is that their customer service is non existent, false advertising, and is really totally, completely worthless.
Do what I tell them to do.*Answer the phone.*Fix their phone tree.*Fix their web site.
