On ********* I called about your service. The girls said I should give her my data even though I didn't have a smartphone which was on order but to arrive *********.She was to send me a Simm card for AT&T but I received a T-Mobile Simm card. Now on ********* when my Phone arrived I went to target and purchased a Simm Card for At&T. On ********* I tried to activate my phone and Simm card but you could not locate my AT%T Account to transfer my phone number.On ********* i spent * hours on the phone with AT&T and finally got my account number. On ********* I called you and activated my phone and Simm card which shows on my *st bill. Now the problem, yow billed me from ********* to ********* - * days that I had no way to use you service . I called on ******** and Jason told me he would sent this information to billing and you would contact me. This NEVER happen. Today- ********* I called and the girl said to write this email. Therefore, please credit my bill for * days ($*.**) that I never used and could not use.*Sincerely Kenneth Iwaszek phone * ***-***-**** Account * *********
