I am in Mexico and I received a SIM card through you for international roaming. My phone has not worked at all for calling, but I have been able to text. The problem is that I need to reactive my AT & T SIM card as I will be entering the u.s. On this coming Thursday ****. I also wanted to put more time or $ to be available on my international roaming for the next * days. Can you help me? If necessary, please call me. I can receive calls but cannot call out.
