trying to get the signal back ... had an electrical storm that took out tv, internet, phone. it has been fixed. i have gone through all the resets and it says i don't have a signal. this is for the main tv box. X*. We have lost all the channels and cannot get them to download. We need to get the signal. Now this is for you to do..............We need for you to fix the signal
did everything in status to get box to respond. Says we don't have a signal
