My Comcast internet coax cable is lying in my front lawn. It was never routed correctly upon original installation. In late January of ****, I requested from Comcast to reroute the cable above ground. After several visits from technicians on different dates....no progress has been made.**I was given a phone number for a supervisor who, in speaking had given his word that he could get the issue resolved. However, that has not been the case and is now no longer answering my calls, returning my voicemails or responding to text. Please help me address this issue promptly.
