Comcast gave us terrible service, often taking months to resolve various bills, this is on record. I lived where Comcast was the only way to have internet. My subscription expired, but I was going to move before any new subscription would expire. I couldn't get a pro-rate for the few months left, and comcast now insists I pay cancellation fee for getting out prior to expiration. This is a racket. Especially as we turned in all the equipment upon our moving out. **I would resolve this bill if pro-rated for the few months left rather than being forced into buying comcast and then at a rate for months I was honest wouldn't be there. **Let's pro-rate this bill and resolve it.
