I am not getting through on anything about my Xfinity Comcast billing - Xfinity assistant did not work to connect me to live agent after several tries - I do not log into accounts at or pay anything or manage any accounts on line -I chatted on line with someone last month and they said to call back before **** to renegotiate my charges and billing then I got a coupon in email for $*.** so trying to reach someone to talk to On phone but that is not working - very frustrated and hate dealing with this company. I thought AT&T was bad but this is just as bad
