I am having a terrible experience setting up equipment in my new home. I have spent numerous hours trying to set up my service! I have been to the Xfinity store twice to get equipment. On Friday ***** I came home with * boxes, spend *.* hours on the phone Friday, then another hour on Saturday with customer service reps to find out both boxes were faulty. Then on Sunday Nov * I went back to store to return the faulty boxes and I added a box to my service . I came home with the two replacements plus a new box...all three declared faulty by the customer service rep after an hour. They want me to go back tomorrow Nov * to get different boxes!!! The boxes do not turn on when plugged in. I plugged my blow dryer into the outlet to confirm the outlet was working, then plug the boxes into the same outlet and no green light! Needless to say, I am not happy and I will be looking to change cable companies unless I am able to get satisfactory equipment! Tomorrow is my last trip to the store!!
