I have mobile acct ********** in Chicago with a newly ported over phone *** *** **** * from Verizon now tied to new iphone purchased from Xfinity at time of porting. Also have FL mobile acct ********** with * devices on a shared GB plan. I was told by Global Telesourcing(on behalf of Xfinity) and * different Xfinity people in Chicago that I was entitled to have as of a few weeks ago ** devices on my FL acct and that the above **** cell number could be transferred*added as a *th device in FL. after spending *.* hours on phone today a "Vince" employee ***** told me my credit was not sufficient--which is preposterous! Pls contact me--a VERY irritated customer!

GetHuman5218107 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
