I switched to Comcast at the end of May. I received an online*bill for ***.** and paid it with a Visa Credit card.*Within ** days another bill came thru for ***.**, since*it came thru Comcast I paid it with Bill Pay from my bank.*So on June **th the credit card and bill pay went through*on the same day, $***.**. Comcast shows they received both payments. They are not showing a credit for next the $***.** - just a credit for .** cents. I have tried calling*but I can not speak to an agent. Very frustrating since*we just signed on with them.

I finally got through to an agent and all is resolved. Because I was a NEW customer everything crossed in the mail and*bill issue date for the next bill.
