My account * ****************.*I called at the end of **** to request my bills' due date be changed to the **th of each month. I was told I would be billed extra for one month to cover the extra days of the new billing period. I paid the regular rate of $***.** in December ****. In January ****, I paid $***.**. Then when I checked in February, there was no billing. In March, my bill went up to $***.** and I was billed that amount March, April, and May. Each of the above months I had to check the website to get my bill, I did not receive an e-bill. I have been trying to get this cleared up for * months. This week I received an e-bill for $***.** due on *********. When I checked the website, the bill reads that I owe $***.** with $***.**, with a $**.** new customer charge due on *********. I am not a new customer. I did not request increased services. I want to know why my bill went up and why I owe $***.**. I am frustrated enough to discontinue my service after **-some years.
