I am receiving error message RDK-***** on my X* box. "We're having trouble connecting to the internet." I have tried resetting, refreshing, and power cycling the box but to no avail. I have checked the coaxial cable connection. I have even replaced the cable. That doesn't help. Unfortunately, the problem in intermittent. Sometimes it's fine, and sometimes it's not. No other cable box in my house is having issues. I believe I need to swap out my X* box.
