Since late ****, I've had a problem with XFinity excessively ( almost weekly) requesting me to reset my computer password. I feel this is unnecessary and find it ro be very annoying and time consuming to deal with. Since mid ****, I have had a couple of live chats with XFinity representatives about this excessive computer password reset request issue. On my first chat, I ask that XFinity STOP these frequent computer reset requests which resulted in them stopping them for a period from about ****** to ********* however , on ******** these reset requests started back, again, nearly on a once per week cycle so on ******** I initiated another live chat with an XFinity Representative and expressed my dissatisfaction concerning this excessive computer password reset request issue and was assured that my expressed problem issue would STOP * however, they are still happening nearly weekly since that ******** chat date. The XFinity representative that I chatted with on ******** was Dhiraj. It appears that your representatives aren't trustworthy when they assure you that your request to have these excessive computer password reset requests STOPPED, but they still continue. I have a copy of my XFinity Chat Transcript from ********, with Dhiraj, which I feel sure you can access from your computer records. Xfinity has secondary security info*questions that can be ask of me but they are seldom asked which raises the question, in my mind, what is the purpose of XFinity having these secondary security items if they aren't going to use them. In summary, I have spent much to much of my time in trying to resolve this issue with XFinity and for the last time would request that XFinity STOP these excessive computer password reset requests from this date going forward. I see no useful purpose in XFinity continuing this excessive password reset request pattern ! I have been a loyal XFinity customer for a number of years and would hope that XFinity would take that into consideration in meeting my request for STOPPAGE of these computer password reset requests. I would appreciate a confirmation that you will comply with my STOP request ASAP. Thank You, Dave Brown
