We have a power outage- *nd time in a couple of weeks-and Comcast goes down when PG&E cuts the power. Normally we can still get cable reception and phone when we hook up our generator. The first time, Comcast was out not only for the two days the PG&E cut power, but also for a third day. This power outage there is again no Comcast services when using the generator. Without Comcast, we cannot use our cell phones because we live in a remote area and need the wifi. Even with a wired landline phone that we can normally plug in and have phone service when the power is out, that obviously isn't working either. We are completely out of touch ** minutes from town by car-no *** service in case of a medical emergency and my husband has a heart condition! We want a credit for the first * days on our billing as well as however many days we are down with this outage. Can't seem to talk to an agent. The recording doesn't give me that option.
