we disconnected xfinity cable service and changed provider in Sept **** but xfinity continued to charge account for cable service that they were not providing. we need account credited for the months of October November and December which was charged by Xfinity for cable service that they were NOT providing us because we did not have cable service with xfinity any longer.
GetHuman2181451 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
