On December **, **** I called Comcast to cancel*edit my service at *** Hawk Nest Way Suite *** Bellefonte PA *****. I asked to have calls forwarded to my new phone number by just keeping my phone service as I no longer need the WiFi. I was told that I could not, but they would leave a message on my phone number that was being disconnected informing callers to call phone (***) ***-****, however this was NEVER done. I was even giving a reference number- cr********* regarding this problem. Tonight (********) I spent over an HOUR on the phone with Comcast employees named, Shawna who hung up on me, Lisel who did nothing except put me through to Dave- Dave them dumped into SALES????? This is terrible customer service and I can barely make out what these people are saying. My name is Lori Houser, my service was at *** Hawknest Way suite ***, Bellefonte PA *****. I am very frustrated and really need help with this matter.
