Good morning! My name is Lorraine G. Ford and I've been trying to reach out with someone in the Regional Executive Office. I was able to connect with Tiffany on December **th as it related to the outstanding bill. I explained to her that I will make a payment on ****** however, I've made the payment on the following day of *****. My issues are that the employees are rude and don't know how to speak with customers on the phone. I spoke with a person by the name of Jimmie (NEDKBG*). After speaking with Tiffany I explained my situation and to date, I've not been able to connect with anyone in that respective area "Regional Executive Team." Tiffany agreed with me making installment payments. This is due to me being unemployed with a weekly payment of $*** per week. There are all kinds of charges on my bill that add up from month to month. My dad has Parkinson disease and I too am a senior citizen still looking for work. Also, I've made an effort to connect with CEO's office (Brian Roberts) and to no avail, have I been able to connect with someone that can make an executive decision to restore my services. The phones are just ringing with no out-of-office notifications considering it is the holidays. Again, I've called and the voicemail is saying that there isn't anyone to help me right now. I've spoken with a Holly, Eddie, and a James all who were very rude and unprofessional as well. I need immediate assistance from someone who can make an executive decision as I'm not able to reach Tiffany (***-***-****) and or Marie at (***-***-****). Please, someone, give me a call at ***-***-**** ASAP. Thank you. To further my issue and to resolve this matter.
