My Home security system worked fine until about * hours ago. **Now, my Home security system is down and I am getting the error "couldn't connect to camera." I tried connecting to each camera and received the same results. **All cameras are plugged in and no activities or changes were made to my home security system prior to outage.* *From the console I checked the connectivity and got "No Broadband Connectivity" error message ** *Extremely concerned as we have to be gone for ** – ** hours tomorrow *Christmas day*. The last time my system was down like this and we left home, we had a home invasion and a loss of over $**,*** **Early on when I discovered the outage, I tried to get to technical support and received the message that no one was working and I would have to call after Christmas during the normal business hours. I could not believe that message! I know the employees earned time off for Christmas and to be with their families, but no one working !! When I purchase the home security system I was guaranteed **** *** a year!!
